Refund Policy

1. When Will You Get a Refund?

Hume apni service par full confidence hai. Agar aap satisfied nahi hain, to aap subscription start hone ke 3 din ke andar decision le sakte hain.

Lekin ek baar subscription active ho jane ke baad refund normally possible nahi hota, except special cases me jo policy ke according valid ho.

2. Cancellation Policy

Aap apni subscription kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte hain. Lekin jo current billing cycle chal rahi hogi, us period ke liye refund provide nahi kiya jayega.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Kuch payments refundable nahi hote, jaise:

• Setup charges (agar applicable ho)
• Custom printed physical QR standees (kyunki ye specially aapke naam se print hote hain)
• Renewal payments

In cases me refund apply nahi hoga.

4. Refund Process

Agar aap refund request karna chahte hain, to hume email karein:

Request approve hone ke baad, refund amount 5–7 working days ke andar process kar diya jayega.

5. Return Policy

Sirf physical standees return kiye ja sakte hain agar wo damaged condition me deliver hue ho. Is case me delivery ke 48 hours ke andar hume photo ke saath inform karein. Verification ke baad hum replacement free me send kar denge.
